It was once said the eating Dyspepsia bread would be healthier for someone that suffers from any of these conditions after eating. In the earlier days, this bread was eaten to relieve any one of these conditions. The bread is better than using antacids that are used today. The bread has a slight taste of sweetness, but is bland. The Dyspepsia bread is the best to use for an all-natural remedy for indigestion, bloating, gas, belching and heartburn.

Things You'll Need:

3 quarts unboiled wheat meal

1 quart soft water, warm, not hot

1/4 cup molasses

1 teaspoon baking soda

Two bread pans

Bread board or clean counter top

1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2

Combine 3 quarts of unboiled wheat meal, 1 quart of warm soft water, 1/4 cup molasses and 1 teaspoon of baking soda in a large bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

3

Leave mixture sit in bowl while greasing the two bread pans. Flour the breadboard or counter top so the bread mixture will not stick when separating the mixture into two loaves.

4

Take the mixture from the bowl and cut mixture in half making two separate loaves. With clean hands dipped in flour, manipulate the doughy mixture into two loaves. This only takes a few minutes. There is no need to kneed this bread.

5

Place each individual loaf into the greased bread pans and place in preheated oven for one hour. Do not open the oven door until the bread is done baking.
